Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to review requests, operate the site, and understand how the public website is being used.

  • Information you provide directly by phone, email, or another contact path, including your name, email address, phone number, company, preferred contact method, and project details.
  • Project-related information such as service type, property address or general location, schedule, scope notes, deliverable needs, and other details needed to review an inquiry.
  • Reference files you choose to send by email, such as photos, plans, documents, or other materials that help explain the property or project.
  • Technical and analytics information from public pages, including page URL, browser and device details, approximate location, referral URL, landing path, timestamp, Google Analytics identifiers, campaign parameters like UTM tags, and Microsoft Clarity interaction signals such as clicks, scroll behavior, heatmaps, and session replay data.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the business side of the site, respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and improve how the public site works.

  • Respond to inquiries, review project fit, prepare quotes, and follow up about requested services.
  • Operate the website, maintain contact and project records, troubleshoot issues, and protect the site against spam, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
  • Measure public-site usage and search performance, understand which pages, referrers, or campaign links lead to inquiries, and improve the public site.
  • Review interaction and performance signals to identify usability issues, broken journeys, and suspicious or abusive activity on public pages.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect the rights, safety, and property of our business and website visitors.

Analytics, Performance, and Cookies

Public pages on this site use analytics and performance tools. Some telemetry is defined in source and some may be managed in Cloudflare as external live state.

  • Source-managed public pages use the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 measurement so we can understand page views, traffic sources, referral paths, campaign performance, browser and device categories, approximate location, and visitor paths that lead to inquiries.
  • Source-managed public pages use Microsoft Clarity to capture behavioral metrics, heatmaps, session replay, clicks, scroll behavior, page interaction patterns, and related technical context so we can improve site usability, investigate issues, and understand how visitors use the public site.
  • Live production pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics automatic setup or performance beacons to measure page visits, basic performance, and site reliability.
  • Domain ownership and search-performance tools are also configured through DNS or account dashboards, including Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and Facebook domain verification. Those verification records do not add browser tracking scripts by themselves.
  • We do not currently run Meta/Facebook Pixel, Bing UET, or other advertising retargeting pixels in the source-managed public site.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may use cookies and similar browser technologies. Cloudflare says its web analytics usage metrics do not rely on client-side state such as cookies or localStorage.
  • Cloudflare hosting, routing, security, and analytics settings can be managed outside this source repository, so the live production configuration can differ from the repository snapshot at a given time.

How We Share Information

We do not publish your inquiry or project details publicly, but we do share information with service providers and in limited legal or business-transfer situations.

  • Service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, improve the site, or receive direct inquiries.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect our business, investigate misuse, or comply with law.
  • A buyer, successor, or financing partner if our business assets are ever reorganized, sold, or transferred.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law. We will review requests in good faith and respond as required.

  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to legal and operational limits.
  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may limit Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or other browser-based measurement features.
  • Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare publish their own privacy information through the links on this page.
